We work very hard to earn your business by seeking to accomplish two goals:
1. We seek to be good stewards of our resources, financial and living.
2. We seek to offer top quality products at a fair price.
"Oh, sure," you're thinking. "You say you want to save the customer money, but everyone is looking to make a profit." True. We couldn't continue to serve our customers if we didn't operate in the black--BUT--we feel the best way to create customer loyalty is to offer great products at a fair price. By a fair price we mean that we don't inflate the cost of our products to cover the cost of unnecessary business expenses. For example:
--We are always "on sale". You will see lower product prices than most all of our competitors, instead of huge sales, frequent buyer clubs, or other "money saving" marketing gimmicks.
--You deal with us directly. We don't hire phone answering services to staff our line 24/7. We do not have the expense of a storefront. We don't staff out orders. If you have a question, you deal directly with us, the caretakers and owners of the animals of a working ranch.
--We don't offer a flat shipping rate. To offer this service companies must raise the price of products to cover differences in rates for different shipping destinations. In other words, on our site you only pay for your shipping!
-- We care about the humane treatment of our buffalo. We believe in being good stewards of what we entrusted with. We do not use stimulants, hormones, or antibiotics. We never feed our buffalo animal by-products. We do not seek to manipulate the natural reproduction cycle of our buffalo.
