Amazing Buffalo Brisket
This family recipe has been handed down for three generations. It is a holiday favorite!-- Heather Oden
Marinade: 1 T Liquid Smoke 1 tsp. Garlic Salt 1 tsp. Onion Salt 2 tsp. Celery Seed or Celery Salt 2 T Worchestershire Sauce 2 T Soy Sauce
Place 3-4 pound, naturally thawed, buffalo brisket in a foil-lined casserole dish. Make sure that there is enough foil to seal over the top when finished. Mix marinade and pour over buffalo brisket. Seal the foil over the top so that the buffalo brisket is completely encased in the foil and able to marinade. Place the casserole dish in the refridgerator over night. Bake the buffalo brisket at 275 degrees for approximately 4-5 hours or until inserted meat thermometer reaches desired doneness. |
